"Good" The APT "Basic" Method

Many of my clients do not use APT as a business planning tool
― but they do use APT on a regular basis. Some tell me they use it nearly every working day.

The reason for this is because they are project focused and they are busy people.

Frequently, every event, project or customer requirement is different in some way.

Sometimes they may have to juggle many non-relating projects.

For this, they need to think, plan and act fast. So they use a simplified version of APT to plan their work.

They then get results by working their plan.

If you can relate to this situation, the APT "Basic" method may be all you need to learn.

Major Features: Speed and simplicity are the major features of the APT Basic Method. Typically, a good workable plan can usually be produced in 15 to 45 minutes.
