If you have no need for a “Funding Proposal” or “Information Memorandum”, you may wish to skim read or skip the balance of this chapter.

Moving forward

What do you need — Strategic Business Plan (Internal)  or Proposal Document (External)? Maybe you need both.

If your dominant need is to get clear on WHAT needs to be achieved — and HOW it will be achieved, it’s a “Strategic Business Plan” you will need. This is illustrated in Option 1 below.

If external finance or support is not required, it's a simpler task. You create your Strategic Plan (I'll show you how), then implement it (I'll tell you about this also).
