You have no doubt heard the saying “a picture is worth a thousand words.” The APT method follows this theme.

We (nearly) all do it!

Around 99.8% of humans can think in pictures. Some are very visual, many are only mildly visual.

Some only get weak fleeting glimpses. The latter is all that is needed to make this system work for you.

So rather that ask you to write hundreds or thousands of words, I will show you a simpler way.
