Chapter 7 (draft version may contain some typos etc)

The simplest and most important principle of planning you will ever learn

Learn this simple concept and you will impress yourself and others with your ability to have Clear Organised Thinking

In the last chapter I showed you how icon boxes can be used to represent your thinking. This was Key Concept 1.

My next step is to introduce you to Key Concept 2. This is a simple logical/visual method that you can use to get your thinking organised.

When you have completed this chapter, you will be able to take a mishmash of ideas, goals, problems etc and structure them into clear organised thinking.

You will also be able to decide what is, and what is not a valid part of the the business or project you are contemplating.

WARNING: The biggest problem you may have in learning this next concept is handling its simplicity. What I am going to explain in the next few pages is a fundamental principle that is also natural law. Use it and you will have clear organised thinking. Break this principle and you instantly have confusion.
