Step 2 asks you to break the “Total Project” into Major Modules or ‘Chunks’.

These can be major parts, components solution sections, functions, strategies, book or manual chapters, beginning-middle-end parts, Year 1, Year 2 etc.

To the right shows Jim’s breakdown based on his understanding of the project.

This is Jim's big picture of the project. It concentrates on describing the major components described in simple or general terms.
